Inbound Channels Explained (International)

A channel in this context relates to a simultaneous call to an international DID. For information on Australian DIDs and channels please refer to an alternate Wiki labeled “Inbound Channels Explained (Domestic).

In most cases an International DID provides a maximum of two inbound channels only. If more than 2 channels are required then please check web pricing and / or contact Nehos for further information.

The channel count for International numbers is treated Totally independent of Domestic channels. If there are insufficient channels for an International DID the caller will get an engaged tone.
